1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevelAI(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

RevelAI is an AI chat platform that provides access to multiple large language models (LLMs) through a unified interface. The Service routes your requests to various AI model providers via API integrations. RevelAIdoes not create or train the AI models themselves — we provide convenient access to models offered by third-party providers.

3. Account Registration

To use RevelAI, you must create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Subscription & Billing

RevelAI operates on a subscription model. The base subscription is $20 per month, which includes 20,000 AI credits. Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per request based on their pricing.

Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. If you exhaust your included credits, additional credits are automatically added in $20 blocks to ensure uninterrupted service. You will be billed for any overage credits at the end of your billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or billing mechanisms
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to develop competing products or services
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service except through our official APIs

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The RevelAI platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RevelAIand protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, subject to any rights held by the underlying AI model providers.

Output generated by AI models may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective model providers. RevelAI makes no claims of ownership over AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Services

RevelAI relies on third-party services including various AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others) to deliver AI-powered features. Your use of AI models through RevelAI is also subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of these providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of responses generated by third-party AI models.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RevelAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevelAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your conversation data prior to account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
