RevelAI operates on a credit-based subscription model. Each billing period includes a set number of AI credits that are consumed when you interact with AI models. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available.
2. Refund Eligibility
A full refund of your current billing period is available only if zero AI credits have been consumed during that period. Once any credits have been used, no refund will be provided for that billing period, regardless of how many credits remain.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your RevelAI subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until then. No partial-period refunds are provided.
4. Overage Charges
If you exhaust your included credits, additional credits are automatically added in $20 blocks to ensure uninterrupted service. These auto-extend credit blocks are non-refundable once any of the credits within the block have been consumed.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at with your account email address and the reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Exceptions
If you believe you have been charged in error or notice unauthorized charges on your account, please contact us immediately at . We will investigate all reports of billing errors or unauthorized activity and issue corrections where appropriate.
