- Account Information: When you sign up through Clerk (our authentication provider), we receive your name, email address, and profile information.
- Conversation Data: The messages you send and receive through the Service, including any images you upload during conversations.
- Usage Metrics: Token counts, model usage, credit consumption, and general interaction patterns to provide billing and service improvements.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you access the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process billing and manage your subscription
- Track credit usage and generate usage reports
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests

Your data is stored in PostgreSQL databases with encrypted connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
4. Third-Party Services
RevelAI integrates with the following third-party services that may process your data:
- AI Model Providers: Your messages are transmitted to the selected AI model provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others) for processing. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
- Clerk: Handles authentication and user management. Clerk stores your account credentials and profile information.
- Stripe: Processes subscription payments and billing. Stripe stores your payment information in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Cookies & Tracking
RevelAI uses minimal cookies required for the Service to function. We use Clerk session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.
6. Data Retention
Conversation data is stored until you choose to delete it. You can delete individual conversations or your entire conversation history at any time through the application. Usage logs are retained for billing and accounting purposes. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Export: Export your conversation data in a portable format.
- Correct: Update or correct inaccurate personal information.
- Object: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.
